Yoga has helped Tricia recover the flexibility of her youth and she want to share that discovery with others. The more she learns from yoga, the more she wants to share. Tricia understands that yoga can feel intimidating for the new student – she felt that way too!
While Tricia started out in a gentle class, she has grown into many styles of yoga. Tricia wants to support students on their journey. She knows what it’s like for the sedentary body, the difficulty of getting up and down from the floor, that’s why she teaches Restorative and Yoga for Everyone as well as offering a Chair Yoga practice so that yoga could be available to ANYONE whatever their age, body type or physical limitations.
Tricia enjoys taking classes as much as teaching them and learns from her fellow teachers as well as from her students every time she sits on her mat.
