Paula PyneBy witnessing and experiencing the healing power of the practice, Paula works with her students to explore, nourish, and cultivate space for individual expansion and growth through present moment awareness, self-inquiry and connecting with our natural rhythms – consciously slowing down. She believes when we quiet our minds, we remember our authentic selves, the needs of our bodies, and our innate wisdom and potential. It’s with this mindfulness that the body knows what to do and how to heal. Paula brings a calm, grounded, compassionate, and joyful spirit to her practice and is dedicated to sharing her passion and wisdom with her students.
