Lisa is a Yoga and Meditation Teacher with over 20 years of experience in the field of health and wellness, and over 10 years of teaching yoga and meditation. Most recently, Lisa was teaching at Shri Yoga Centre in Montreal. Lisa’s previous work as a psychotherapist informs her yoga classes – she is an expert at creating a safe and supportive environment and at helping students work with their busy minds.
Lisa has a compelling ability to address the challenges of daily life with the core teachings of yoga, and she encourages her students to come to know and trust their own deepest wisdom. She is certified and insured with the Canadian Yoga Alliance at the E-RYT 300 level.
